IS IT POSSIBLE TO SCALE AN ENTIRE ASSEMBLY. THIS WOULD INCLUDE THE SKELETON MODEL.
 
Just tried Modify > Modify Scale (2001) and it didn't scale the components in the assembly. You might be able to batch scale an assembly.
 
Unless there's a hidden Scale Assembly button that I've been missing, the only way you can do it is to modify the scale of each individual part, separately. I know this is a royal pain. I wish PTC would add this functionality. Make a mapkey, it will make things go a little faster.
