In the bottom of the load options dialog , there is a button "save as default".
press that . done.
IF you desire, you can set a environment variable such that this file is stored on a server or similar.
( This variable can also be set locally to override a company setting...)
UGII_LOAD_OPTIONS = \\server\directory\filename.def
