Assembly hide/show component - fade feature

OK.

Here's a question for you SW wizards. In an assembly, when I want to hide or show a component, the picked component fades respectively. Is there anyway to eliminate the fade feature and have the component just 'pop' in or out? This gets particulurly annoying with components with lots of detail that slow down the process.

As always all responses are greatly appreciated.

Go to Tools\Options\View, and you can adjust the speed things hide or show.

Tools > Options > System Options > View. You are looking for Hide/Show Component. Slide the slider to off.
