ASME Y14.5.1M-1994

I need some information about ASME Y14.5.1M - 1994, Mathematical Definition if Dimensioning & Tolerance Principles. I'm about to buy this spec but need to know is it really worth the money. I've also tried to find out a little about it's content but I couldn't find anything on Google. Any help would be welcome.

It's worth it. Everyone that works with drawings should have a copy. There is alot of info for drafters, designers, checkers, machinists, inspectors, engineers & managers.
