ASME U-Stamp Vessel Fabrication TPI/ AI Inspection

During Fabrication of ASME Sect VIII Div.1 & Div.2, U-stamp heat exchanger, can Third Party Inspector (TPI) & ASME Inspector (AI) be hired from the same inspection agency? What does ASME dictates about it?

Assuming that you will be dealing with ISO 17020 accredited inspection agencies, ask them whether there would be an impartiality issue, and how they would manage it.
