ASME Sec. II Tensile Values

A material Test certificate we recieved reported Tensile values in range rather than actual values.
Elongation are reported as greater than minimum value in code ex("> 22%")

Impact values reported as "> 30J" instead of actual values.

Is this acceptable.? Does Either ASME Sec. 2 or Sec. 8 demand that exact values need to be reported? Any reference to say yes or no!.

Thanks in advance for all of your feedback

As per ASTM E8/8M 'Standard Test Methods for Tension Testing of Metallic Materials' the particular values obtained in the test are required, not the range.

It seems that the 'test certificate' received is actually manufacturer's standard specifications.

However, please check with latest codes.
