Currently I am involved in the design of pressure vessel. Thickness of vessel is approximately 5" (SA 516 Gr 70 N), designed for ASME section VIII div-1. If I have to go to fabricator for ASME section VIII - div-2 design, what are the things I have to consider in the design, fabrication, testing, inspection, Code stamp requirements etc. ? - Thank you

There are two groups on this site that you should post this question to.
The first is for ASME Code issue. They discuss all the codes including Section VIII.
The other is the pressure vessel group. Until recently I designed division 3 vessels and I found this group to be very helpful. You will most likely find someone there that can give you an answer.
