ASME SECTION IV Software available?

Is there any tank calculation software for ASME SECTION IV?
I can only find SECTION VIII.

SecVIII-1 is used in more typical applications, you can say that in general all pressure vessels are similar. SecIV is about small boilers- try to find two similar constructions of heat exchangers on the market!
