ASME Sec 8 Div 1 UHX applicability for kettle type HE

Are ASME UHX rules applicable for kettle type reboiler (TEMA type BKU) with tubesheet (NOT extended as a flange) gasketted on both shellside and channelside?

jehan17718, it appears to me that if you otherwise meet the condtions of applicability you should be OK with this.
