Gentlemen,
Does anyone have experience with or has used ASME VIII Div 1 Code Case 2240-1..?
Does it allow to go above 800 DEG F design temperature for Hastalloy C-2000 (UNS N06200)?

Code case 2240-41 is not present anymore in the 2013 edition of the code cases overview (nor the 2010 edition), so its either incorporated in BPV or annuled.
ASME II-D limits UNS N06200 to 427 deg C, so 800 F is the max. There are no other current code cases on UNS N06200.

thx for your reply
the maximum temperature for c-2000 is 800 F, that one i know.
what i have here is a small vessel fabricated in FEB 2004 per code case 2240-1. with a U- stamp and 932 DEG F design temperature.
1- is that possible??
2- is there a way to get a copy of that code case??

NOTE: has become my preferred provider, and I've used most [all?] of the major ones. But they all sell you what you ask for.
