ASME B31.3 vents and drains in fuel gas system

Is NDE (RT) required on the welds in vent and drain lines after the last shutoff valve in a fuel gas system per B31.3?

You do not tell us the size or the operating conditions.
I general if it is a Hydrogen & it is Butt Welded, and it is a ASME B31.3 Code plant then you RT is required.
