AS CA34.1 1969 Combination Factors

Does anyone have on PDF copy of CA34.1 from 1969? I'm trying to determine what load combination factors were used back then, I believe they were the 1.4G + 1.6Q like the old British Standards.

I assume there would be no load factors specified as it was all working stress design back then.
