I'm a master student, simulating wear in drill pipes, I'm asking if I can simulate wear without using any subroutines

I have tried using ansys before, but I don't have a license foe ACT, is there anyway to simulate it in ansys without it

Since Abaqus 2024 HF1, contact wear based on Archard's equation can be modeled directly without subroutines.

Or a Python script. There is one available from the DS Knowledge Base article "Modeling Archards Wear in SIMULIA Abaqus" but it's most likely available only for users with customer accounts.
