APOGDOHS and "Little Green Book?"

Has anyone heard anything about when the next versions of the Green Book (A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets) and "Little Green Book" (Guidelines for Geometric Design of Very Low-Volume Local Roads (ADT ≤ 400)) will be released? I'm just trying to figure out if we should put them into the 2019 budget. Thanks!
