API Recommend baseline

Help please
I have a client questioning need for baseline on new equipment.
I know in API 570, 510 or 653 there was a recommendation for so many days or so many hours of operation.
I have searched all docs i have and cannot find it.
Anybody?

I can remember reading baselines should be withing 90 days or 1000 operating hours but cannot find that exact verbage or where that was
