API-650 App. P Equations/Charts

Just a heads-up. While going through App. P of API-650, I noticed that the equations in Table P-2 do not match the graphs in Fig. P-8A, etc. For example, the equation for t/tn = 0 matches the line labeled t/tn = 5 in the graph, and vice versa.

There have been some attempts to correct this, it seems, but other similar errors were introduced - see earlier discussion thread809-236551.
