HELLO GUYS
I am new to storage tank design need some clarification regarding test pressure.

in section F4.4 test procedure is mentioned . There is also F8.3 for mechanically anchored tanks. my question is when to use which one?
i am having situation in which anchors are required due to wind . so i will be using F8.3 procedure ?

See F.1.2 and F.1.3, which tell you which test pressure and which procedure to use.
