Per this clause in the code can an erector of a tank use a SWPS on a pressure boundary weld?

Hello!

I think, Article V of ASME Sec. IX could guide you if you can utilize the SWPSS (suffice with the conditions and/or requirements) for welding pressure boundary/parts.
