Any suggestion for good utility to migrate SE files to teamcenter..

I would have thought the person to ask would be you Siemans Rep or whoever sold you teamcenter.
I know there were programs/utilities to help tidy up/find any problems with the data before you put it in to insight, I assume these would be valid for teamcenter too.
