ANSYS Availability Issues

I am not currently ANSYS user; someone was trying to show me a model analyzed with ANSYS, and couldn't because he was having trouble starting ANSYS on his computer. Is this a common problem with ANSYS? I would define "common problem" as one occurring once per week or more often.

No - not a common problem at all.

I think that Ansys is a very robust engineering software package. I've never had any issues with it.
