I have searched the forums on the matter, but unable to come up with anything that fits.

I have a custom title block and have one of the blocks filling in with the file name in the link properties dialog. Some of my file names are long and I am unable to get them to wrap.

Thank you.

Either it doesn't work with 2007 or I don't get how to use it. Could you please explain?

No, I tried moving the grips but nothing happens.

Ok, this is what I have found:

This functionality is not available if the note is linked to a property since the all text is recognized as a single string.
This issue has been identified and reported to the development team on SPR 314108 (Word-wrap on a note does not work if the note is linked to a property). Please refer to the SPR Look-up Subscription Services site for the latest status of this SPR . (

Sucks. Well, in the meantime, use the macro I referenced above. It works great, and is the method I used to word wrap the title on my drawing templates.

It's working for me in SW07-SP3. Although it doesn't wrap nicely at gaps between words; nor does it add hyphens, but it does wrap.
