Animation in Pro-Engineering

can any one tell me how can we do animation in Pro-e,i mean what tools we have to use to animate ....lets take a piston cylinder mechanism...can any one tell me the complete procedure...?

download the files 1,2, on the Mechanism Design Option and the pdf file on the Design Animation and study them

these are very good for starting proe MDX and animation

Also ProE Central has also very good free videos for MDX and animation
