I am trying to dynamically model a ball and socket joint using SW 2006 and Cosmos Motion. I want to give the joint a free rotation about 2 axes, but have a limiting range on the 3rd. Any suggestions for how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Perhaps I'm not understanding your question correctly, but can you not use an angular limit mate?

That link will let me open the 2 parts, but I can't open the assembly as it says "future version"
