I am looking to redesign a 4-quadrant analog multiplier circuit that uses an obsolete IC, MLT04 from Analog Devices. Are there any circuits that can achieve this?

If you're forced to redesign, I wonder if the simplest approach would be to use a modern programmable device.

But - have you checked the trailing edge companies? There are the companies that buy-up old inventory, and sometimes even the rights and systems needed to manufacture old devices in small quantities.

Do you need the full bandwidth? Then, a programmable device may be difficult.

I think you'll be looking at discrete multipliers: the AD734 would meet your bandwidth requirement. I think AD still has one of the widest range of multiplier ICs on the market, but no quad packages.
