I have a storage tank with a jacket. The tank contains liquid NH3 (99.9%) and NH3 has to vaporize by heat. Please see attached.
The tank gets heat by flowing hot water into the jacket.
The temperature of the NH3 in the tank is 15 C and the pressure is 8 bar.
The mass of the liquid NH3 is 7874 kg, and the heat required to vaporize this amount is calculated to be 9.5*10^6 kJ.
The temperature of the inlet water is 45 C and the pressure is 0.5 bar.

My question is how to make an energy balance for this system.

And how to calculate the flow rate of the inlet water and the vaporization time of NH3.

Every advice on how to do these will be appreciated.
