I have a customer with a rotary axis quattro. They have never used the feature before, only flat sheet cutting. They have one job that they want to do. They want to cut off some 1.5" round aluminum tube at 9". I know, good job for a band saw, but the parts need to be with in +/- 0.010"

I am looking for an easy, cheater way to get them a basic program. I can figure out the cutting head height and position but the G107 has be a bit stumped. How does it work?

Wow, that's perfect. Thank you!!!

How is your theta? Do you still use it? It's been a long time since I have worked on one. But, if there is ever anything I can do to help... Just say the word.

We are in Minnesota. We use the Theta every day and when we run short on tube orders we cut our thin sheets on it.
