Hi everyone - new to this forum and also pretty new to laser cutting. We recently purchased a LCV 3015 Bll machine and shortly after having the external mirrors all calibrated one of the Blowers died. We replaced the blower and have started the aging process for the gas. Everything going fine until we go to 1500 watts and then we started to get an 053 alarm on the oscillator (cathode overheating). We were instructed to clean the water strainer between the chiller and laser and have just done so (it looked really clean). The chiller temperature seemed pretty stable and we are unsure if anything else could be causing this problem.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Richard
