I get a tiny ball or bump when cutting with nitrogen. No matter the thickness of material or hole size. Its the start/stop point. I've tried different nozzle types, focus heights & speeds. I get a clean cut everywhere else. I'm currently cutting 16ga crs with N2 because of the amount of small holes that I have to produce. Also in standard or high speed set ups. Gas dwell is .5 Any input would be much appreciated.

---Bump----
I have this issue also
Even if I over cut my lead....

A common problem. The solution is called fine edge data. It goes in that column furthest to the right, pulse type on the 160il. The best thing to do is try 901 through 910 it see which one solves the issue. You can find the data by pressing the left soft arrow key on the custom page, press param then page down.

My Buddy really likes this new tool in his tool box he didn't even know he had.
