It has been interesting,
Just to give an example,every 5 hours i need to take the dust collector filters out as they are full of dust (rust in color)if not the dust collector coughs every 30 secounds
So what happens if i do not clean them, the DC continues to cough and in turn it takes the air from my compressor which in turn affects the laser and an alarm comes up saying "beam purge stop"
As regards to cut conditions, Amada resent the conditons as the ones i had were old, but obviouslt for speed you plat with your focus,feed rate and power.
But what do i know i only recently came out of training and have been using the laser for one week only

Primero que todo, apreciaria que me contestaras en el idioma que te escribo. No tengo ningun problema en hacerlo en Ingles, pero pienso porque estas en Mexico es mejor explicartelo en Castellano.
Your dust collector is only doing its job. And that is to purge the dirt off the filters when needed. You can easily turn this feature off, just read the manual of the Torit Dust Collector? or better yet, adjust the cleaning cycles.
Your compressor isn't supplying enough air to handle the machine needs, the beam purge, dust collector, plain and simple. The question is, Are you using this compressor for the whole shop? Just the beam purge alone will require a constant 90 psi, and without it, you might as well forget it.
In regards to speed. I would certainly use the conditions provided by the company for now. These are very conservative speeds for production. Once you get some experience under your belt, then you can start modifying these cutting conditions as you wish. The only thing you need to worry about getting right is Focus, this is the key to everything.
Please keep in mind that I do not work for Amada and I only do this to help, you don't have to follow any of my advice if you don't want to. I know this machine like the back of my hand because I used it since the very day it came out up until a few months ago.

I believe we will be talking a lot in the future, thank you for your help. This is the first time i have used machinery like this in my life (they only hired me because i am from England and my wife is Mexican) dont get me wrong, i went to California for a month to train with Amada and i am enjoying programming and puting my programs to work on the laser.
At present i am cutting CRS 14 gauge at a feed rate of 5350, a little faster than the original condition, my focus is spot on. First program, first cut.

comment on the compressed air:
Two things going on here, pressure and volume.
The purge probably doesn't use a high volume, but has a pressure alarm switch.
The dust collector sends a blast of air in to knock accumulated dust from the filters. When it blasts, it acts like an big open pipe, ad may drop pressure in your system.
Maybe use a surge tank between the compressor and the dust collector to handle the momentary flow requirement. Restrict the flow between the main system and the surge tank, so it can't drop your main system low enough to bother the main machine and its purge pressure switch.
I don't work for Amada either, anymore.
