Amada 2415 work chute stuck open

Anyone had an issue like this before? My work chute opened to drop a cut part, but now will not close! I can hear the hydraulics engaging, but the chute door does not move. I don't see anything blocking it or jammed anywhere.

Hi. You can manually push the solenoid valve that actuates the work chute cylinders. There are 2 cylinders holding the chute. It is actually pneumatic, not hydraulic. You can remove the hoses going to the cylinder and see if air is coming out of it when you press the open/close buttons in manual mode. If air is coming out it is the cylinders that are stucked.
