AM low voltage varactors

I am working in a design that requires a low voltage varactor as the one
used in AM tuning applications. A 5V tuning voltage could be provided.

Ideally the diode should go from 47 pF up to above 500 pF. I found a couple
Sanyo varactor diodes that

probably could perform that task. These would be the common cathode SVC383

and the single
SVC325

I would like to find more sources than Sanyo for the required varactor.
Does anybody know any other manufacturer supplying this kind of devices?

Best regards,

Thank you,

I found other AM varactors sources (TH: 1SV102, 1SV149, SMD: HN1V01H,HN1V02H and HN2V02H) from Toshiba. Although I ignore how commonly used aret these parts in the industry. I got references for Knox semiconductor tuning diodes too, although the SMV1405 reaches barely 350 pF in the data sheet
plot.

Aparently the Sanyo AM varactors are feasible. Is this true?

The Toko varactor web page is "currently being updated"
maybe they have some AM
varactors.

So far I know, Infineon, Philips, M/A COM, Hitachi, Murata and Zetex do not manufacturer varactors able to go up to 500 pF. Please let me know if I am wrong.

I looked for Philips varactors finding, as Allan Herman reminded. The BB200 maximum capacitive is around 80 pF. Well it is true that adding a parallel capacitor would reach the required 500 pF, but in the application a capacitor should be tunable from 50 pF to 500 pF.

Best,

JB
