Does anyone know how to work out the allowable stress on a fillet weld under cyclic loading?

The stress is derived from an FEA model and the loading is more complex than pure shear or tension.

Refer to BS7608, Fatigue design, and use the w classification in the S_N curve for the number of cycles you want.
