API 610 including latest revision is giving the allowable loads of pumps upto 16"dia for suction and discharge nozzle sizes. What should be the standard to be followed for allowable loads for sizes above 16"?

Consult the pump manufacturer.

WRC 107 is not the applicable. API 610 define the permissible load based on the flange sizes and pump weights both of whcih are controlled by the pump manufacturer.

The other guy is corrct, consult the pump manufacturer or better still include it in your purchase specification. The limit impose by the api 610 simply means that the piping design can not proceed until the pumps has been selected and the loading provided by the mfr.
