Aliphatic-hybrid polyurea urethane pigments

Hey guys,

We are having some problems with a supplier of pigments for the coating we apply to our boats. The pigments are made from titanium dioxide, copper dusts, polyether polyols, amorphous silicas, etc, as found on the MSDS.

Could anyone point me in the direction of where to find a different supplier for pigments for these applications? I am unsure of where to start.
