Algor modal analysis error

I am having the following error;

Modal results missing or bad design scenario specified.
Re-specify modal analysis design scenario or rerun modal analysis.
Invalid or missing data: Stopping.

I have tried several simple parts and they all have the same error. Part or parts are meshed and even if I try different analysis types I get this error. How do I fix it?

If not, why didn't you ask them.
