ALGOR FEA error: More activated element parts in AGSDB than FEM

Can any of you advise me on how to correct this?

I had a model that was running fine with some reference parts (deactivated during analyses) that I deleted. Now I get the error message above. Does this mean I can never delete parts? Thanks. Flyboy Steve
