Air cooler header box design

Hi all,

I'm new to the mechanical design of air cooler header box and its nozzle. Is there a code/standard that applies to this type of equipment?

I am guessing here but I think Sect VIII, Div. 1, Appendix 13 for non-circular cross section would be applicable for the header box design. What about the calculation method for the nozzle to the header box, which industrial method is used?
