Do you mean an air conditioned room, or an air conditioning unit?

How much of a load are you talking about?

Does the room have to have a separate independent cooling system? Cooling all year?

Unit can be dx or Chilled water, depending on how big it is.

How precise does the temperature have to be?

Please clarify.

Try Polar, they make prefab bowes ready to set and hook up electrical.

Maybe I'm missing something here but any electrical enclosure manufacturer will supply options for an air-conditioned panel (climate controlled). Rittal, Eldon,Legrand,Sarel, schroff....etc.
