AHU Heater-Type of Load 1

Hi All,
I'm working in an HVAC contracting company.I'm preparing a load schedule to be submitted to our Consultant for one of our projects.I have to mention specifically the type of load(Continuos,standby,intermittent).As per my understanding AHU & ACCU are continuous loads.is it correct?.What type of load is AHU Heater? Intermittent?

Assume you talk about your electrical consultant? NEC pretty much prescribes which loads are continuous and I believe all the ones you mention are.

If he is the electrical engineer and has to ask you - I'd be worried.
