I am just learning how to use AERMOD for a benzene dispersion modeling project. I am having trouble resizing and positioning my base map (jpeg uploaded from Google Earth pro) to the proper UTM to match up with my sources. Any tips?

Additionally, when I upload a raster image for a base map, it uploading very stretched out, I have to resize the image to see the map, but then I am unsure if I am keeping the proper dimensions. Anyone know why this happens and what the best way to resize this is?
