I'm trying to add a material, FRP in this case, to the sldmat file for use in CosmosXpress. Problem is I don't know what units are used in the data lines. I've read it's SI units but haven't found info as to which, i.e kg/cm or kg/m.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

As long as you've got the variable in there..

Don't worry about putting the correct value in the .sldmat file, just as long as you've got the variable in there. After you've saved the file, go into SolidWorks and edit the material. You can type in the units you're using in there and SolidWorks will convert that to whatever units it wants to use.

SI Units

SI units are m, kg, s.

cm are a derived unit.
