Add New command to file toolbar

Hello.

It´s my first time with NX4 previously use NX5, 6, 7, 5 and 8 and never had this problem.
I can´t search the "NEW" command in the File Toolbar.
Somebody can help me?

It looks like you started NX Viewer instead of NX.
