add material to the family table

Does anyone know if you can add the material to the family table in release 2001 pro/sheetmetal.

We added material in our metric nut family table. I think all you'll have to do is adda column withparameter MP_DENSITY and put in 0.00000785 for steeletc. It should work for sheetmetal. Hope this helps.

define a parameter i.e. &material in part or better in template if it's different than the original templates of proe;add that parameter to the family table. the density specified by straupma is correct for his defined units. I thinkhisdensity is[kilograms/m^3] for that value. You have to use the density according to your units if different than metric
