Adaptive Meshing function in ANSYS 10.0

Hi guys,

I would like to enquire on the limitations and criterias to meet in order to use adaptive meshing in ANSYS, as well as the steps to use adaptive meshing in ANSYS both in the GUI and command methods.

I am trying to use adaptive meshing on this geometry below:
