I am trying to perform multibody dynamic simulation of a vehicle using adams car. I want to use flex body to determine load on chassis. I have imported the .mnf file into the subsystem after loading the assembly.
While specifying the connections, the option available is to select a single node for the reference marker. However, for cases with revolute joints, the reference marker is on the axis while the node remains on periphery of the mounting bracket on chassis. Is there any way, to manually select nodes for joints and mountings. Also, what is the difference between the options preserve location, preserve expression and move to load.
Also, is there any document/books to learn flex body import nad connections for adams car?
