I am having trouble modeling a solid and air simultaneously. I am trying to model a solid sphere in surrounding air. Can anyone give me pointers on element selection and boundary conditions for the air. I will be running a modal analysis to study the effect that sphere vibration has on the surrounding air. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
