What are the acceptable limits / standards for vibration caused by the combustion process, or any structural resonance in fired heaters / boilers.

As far as I can tell there are no actual limits on pressure vessels for vibration. The problem is that you can induce a fatigue type failure but you can predict how that would affect your equipment by using a standard S-N curve where N would be the number of vibrations.
