Abe Blank Laser-Report Customization

Is it possible to customize Dr. Abe Blank Report. I use version 2.13. I don't want part information in the final report. Just the nest diagram. Is this possible?

you have a more recent version but it should be similar

The thing I want is in the final output report print sheet. It always shows the part information. Custom mode is greyed out. I don't want the part information to be shown. Is there any way to do this? or change it from standard mode to custom mode. Please find the attached file.
