[Abaqus] Simplified bolted joint

Hi!

To simplify geometry and reduce sim time i want to model bolted joint in another way (without 3d geometry). As i seen here (chapter 4.4) it is possible in abaqus , but i've no idea how to deal with that.
Any example, short step by step tutorial?
