Abaqus runs very slowly

Abaqus runs very slowly on laptop. Any solution for this please?

Its speed was quite good. And from yesterday it is running very slowly???

I have tried restating the laptop but it does not work. Please help.

Try to find out what could have caused this slowdown. Maybe some Windows update or new graphics card drivers. There is chance that system restore will help.
